Fine, expensive for what i received in services.

Jim Ellis VW has been the best car buying/service experience I have Ever had! The whole staff from the time I walk in the facility, everyone is polite, courteous and very helpful! I tell anyone who will listen about my great experience here! I have felt very taken care of by Rose Shuck and Kenneth Cook! Best Experience Ever!

I always encounter great service when I take my car in for maintenance. Once I'm told how long the services will take, I go to the theater room where I can either watch TV or enjoy a good book. Several friends have told me they don't get treatment like this where they go. I love bragging about Jim Ellis. I even had 2 friends purchase VW'S last year and are now enjoying the same services I am. My car is a 2010 VW Jetta, purchased in May 2010. Thank you.
