Service...oil change and faulty air bag. Scott Carsten told me about 2 hours. He beat that even after asking him to align tires...regardless of time, I know/knew whatever service, it would be done correctly. Thanks

I was VERY happy Jermaine saved me from a stressful situation. Batery went dead and I had to jump start the car in a parking lot. After that I drove straight to Jim Ellis without appointment late afternoon. Jermaine was very courteous and sent my car right away to be repaired. I appreciate so much your service. great to know I can always count with you guys for such emergencies.

I recently purchased a Passat R-line there and while the buying process was as painless as can be, they did take 3 hrs to clean the car once all the paperwork was signed. That did not make me too happy.

2014 Beetle --- purchased out of Florida. Service experience has been very nice with Rose Shuck. She is courteous and professional and exhibits a genuine interest in communicating with me. I had to reschedule my 3 yr. service from the week previous because your power was out for the entire dealership just before I came the 1st time. Rose explained that my next service would entail a few more checks but said to call her if I needed anything before a whole year rolls around. Thanks Rose for all your help!
