Very smooth. Contacted dealer via email then later decided to go through internet with live chat. Kathryn called me, probably within the hour, scheduled a meeting/test drive for the next evening. Connected on arrival with Keith Perkins after warm welcome from the receptionist. My wife and I drove the car, then completed the paper work with all the signatures. Came back to the dealership the next day with my checkbook to complete the transaction. Insurance agent faxed the binder, and we drove the car home. Took a trip to DC on Wednesday, returning today/Friday. The car got 38.94 MPG on the first tank, pretty impressive for interstate driving. Next tank with some stop and go driving around DC was 35.69. Very happy with the car! Thanks.

Excellent! Mark, the salesman conducted himself in a professional manner, worked with us on various options, was dedicated to ensure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. The business Manager was very polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with as well. I give the entire purchasing process Five Stars! We happily drove away in a 2017 Beetle Convertible!

The lease on my Audi A4 was ending and due to recent changes in my life I had to downsize. I knew I wanted to stay with Jim Ellis (after 11 years of an excellent relationship) and thought a VW would be the least traumatic move. I bought a Jetta SE with the excellent help of Mr S Franc. He was great! He explained my options, gave me choices, and made a hard decision much easier. I am quite happy that I stayed with Jim Ellis and have a new great car.
