I was dropping off my son's car for service one evening at about the time your service department was closing. An employee was walking to his car and saw me driving around aimlessly, and he took the time to walk over and tell me where I could leave the car. Once I called your Service Department, I had the pleasure of working with Rose Schuck. She was very helpful, very patient, and very informative. Since it was my son's car, I needed to contact my son with questions and call Rose back pretty often. She was always kind and friendly. This is the first time we have come to your Service Department, and it will not be the last. And I would definitely request that I deal with Rose.
