You did what I asked you to do and kept me in the loop. We left the car and were notified when the work was completed, and let us know what other work that needed to be done. Since we rarely use the car (only 80K miles on the odometer in seventeen years and most of that occurred before I retired more than a decade ago) it did not seem to make sense to me to spend $5,000 on repairs. Thank you.

I will need to bring my vehicle back as the repair was faulty. My vehicle runs rough. Worse than before I brought it in. Time consuming to have to bring it back and wait.

I have a 2009 VW EOS. I have had it for a while and it has over 100,000 miles, therefore, some expensive work has been necessary. Jim Ellis actually dropped the ball initially, however, Scott was quick to remedy the problem and get me back on the road. Jim Ellis VW customer service has always been very professional.

I left the dealership stunned at the incredible level of service and hospitality I received from everyone I came into contact with, especially my service advisor.
