Professional, caring staff from sales consultant to finance person to sales manager. All went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable with what I was trying to accomplish with my purchase, before I committed to by the car. Most pleasant purchase experience--efficiency, prompt--overall excellent experience! Even though it was a Ford, not a Volkswagen, they did everything they could to meet my needs.

Jetta oil change I have one more screw in my cab, but I have more than one plug in my receipt. I do not know what the plug is. It may be a plug of oil, or a spark plug.
