My experience with Scott K. was great. I will call him directly to set up future appointments for my vehicle. I was not impressed with the woman answering the phone for the service department. She sounded disinterested & slightly frustrated when asked questions that were basic but not necessarily straight forward....The day after my car was serviced, the tire pressure light went on. I was in the area so I brought my car into the service area. A gentleman remembered my car & took care of it promptly. Gold star customer service; I regret not making note of his name.

Service provided during my visit was exemplary! I did not have a scheduled appointment; however, Joshua asked if I had received a quote for the service I requested (replace battery). I told him I had received a quote for the battery but not the labor. He told me that it would take about 40 minutes, but my car could be serviced. Joshua also informed me that my car needed alignment. I told him that I had paid for that service where the tires were installed and I would take it back to them. I really appreciate the top-notch customer service provided by Jim Ellis staff because it is not the norm. I have never had a bad experience with anyone on the staff or with the services provided. I cannot say that about any dealerships that I have visited to get my other Toyota Highlander serviced.

Wonderful staff and service department. Clean and tidy waiting areas. Scott Croston was wonderful and personable. I got the feeling from him that he and the rest of Jim Ellis are very respectful of your time as he kept us updated towards the end after I had signed everything and was waiting for my car to come out of the back.
