We purchased a Jetta S for our son. The service we received from Phil Coleman was outstanding. The staff at the Jim Ellis family always goes out of their way to make the car buying experience an easy and pleasurable one for us! This is our 5th car we have leased from them. We have leased 3 Volkswagens and 2 Hyundai's from Jim Ellis. Phil is simply one of the best!

First I called on wednesday and I was told to bring my car in at 1pm on friday so I got there at maybe 11am and dropped my car off to only have break light switch replaced (breaks still not working btw) and hours later I was told that they didn't have the part and I had to wait until the morning to pick up my car because the part wouldn't get there until the morning. 2nd the older black guy that was asked to pull my car up had a bad attitude, 3rd they couldn't find my name in their system for the appointment that was set up for me, and 4th I get there to pick my car up that Saturday morning and waited 30/45 minutes before I got my car because they couldn't find my keys. Smh

I am on my 3rd Jim Ellis VW over the past 15 years, and the service I receive is what keeps me coming back. My experience on Friday 7/28 was no different. Rose was great. I really appreciate that she understood I couldn't hang around for a couple more hours when I decided to get new tires, and she gave me a loaner. It was also great to review the invoice online before I picked the car up, and to pay online. I don't know if I will always stick with VW, but I will stick with Jim Ellis.
