Keith Perkins was my sales representative. He was very courteous and helpful as I explored whether to lease or purchase, and what my options were as far as the different Passat models. He explained the differences between the different Passat models so I clearly understood the variations, and patiently explained the car's features to me (such as new technologies, Bluetooth, etc.). We had no wait to get service, and all the staff that we encountered, from sales to finance to service, was very professional. I wound up leasing a 2017 Passat. I purchased my previous car from Jim Ellis Audi next door, so I chose to return to this Jim Ellis dealership for my next car.

My service guy, Leo, was not at the desk when I checked in so they texted him and I was told to have a seat in the waiting room - he would come find me in a few minutes. 35 minutes later I returned to the desk since Leo had never made an appearance. Leo only had half of the info I had requested (when I scheduled my appt 4 days prior), never filled me in on possibly detailing my car - as I had asked about when I came in and then told me it would be another hour. After an hour he came out to tell me that it would be $400 to replace the unit of my taillight. Bulb couldn't be replaced. Told him I would go elsewhere and then had to wait another 30 mins to get my car. I won't be back - I sat in the waiting room reading the sign about ur commitment to great service and laughed. The service sucked!

The vehicle obviously had serious maintenance need, as evidenced by the calls, relating various mechanical issues; in retrospect, the auto has a value of less than $5000; I perhaps should have salvaged the vehicle and not have it repaired at the $2700 cost.
