The technician I work with, Scott Kuehl, is very responsive and helpful and emailed with me to answer questions I had. He responded in a very timely manner and made an appointment with me right away. I appreciate this kind of personal service.

There has been on bright spot in your VW Service Department. Her name is Rose. The Service department has made it impossible for my wife and I to recommend Jim Ellis to anyone. I just had my 80,000 mile done on my Passat 2014 TDI Prem. Heat was not working correctly, that was under warranty, but when I get home which is about 54 miles from Jim Ellis my air conditioner is no longer blowing cool or cold air. This is just one of numerous unproductive trips to your Service Department over the past 3 years. Usually the type of attitude that my wife and I have received from you Service Department is a direct reflection of the leadership in that Department or higher. The Sales Dept did everything to get us into the Passat but after that, Just SAD Customer Service.

Service advisor was helpful and informative. Service experience fine, minus the wash -- subpar to say the least. Unfortunately, I did not notice until after I had left the dealership. The "wash" likely scratched the clear coat based on the amount of grit and dirt that was apparently just rubbed across the car. I will opt never to have the car washed during future service appointments if that is the quality of work performed.

Was my first time going to the dealer and I got an appointment immediately. The service was only hour and a half Wait. I got everything explained to me that was done and also needs done in the future. It was a great experienc and will definitely make Jim Allen my dealer of choice for all future service and possible new car purchases.
