From the first day I stepped foot in Jim Ellis Volkswagen, I started to realize something was different. It was unlike any other dealership I had dealt with before. The service advisors were friendly, informative, and helpful! Scott Croston has been a great help in providing the information I needed to make the right decisions for my 2012 Tiguan. Admittedly, like most other consumers, I didn't take all of his advice, but Scott treated me no less of a VIP. When I started becoming a "familiar face" in the dealership (and probably an annoyance) with a persistent minor issue, Scott and his co-workers (and service manager) treated me with no less respect, but only continued offering the best service they could. In just a little over a month, I'll be moving permanently up to Boston, and I wish I could bring Scott and the guys with me! Thank you for giving me a great Volkswagen experience! Scott Abraham

I knew what vehicle I wanted - the Tiguan - and got a test drive almost immediately, which was perfect. Overall experience was good - lower pressure, salesman was funny and helpful. Financing was easy and efficient.
