Keith was very helpful (and persistent) at getting me into my Passat. I had started looking almost two months ago and contacted Keith when an SEL was identified as coming to the dealership. After talking with him we discovered that the car was already spoken for so I started looking at other dealerships and other cars. Keith continued to keep in touch, even when I thought I was going to buy something else. Keith contacting me when he did, as the other car deal became impossible, proved to be perfect timing. When it was all decided and I made an offer on the car, Keith waited patiently as my bank slogged through the 3 days of paperwork that had piled up over the holidays, in order to complete the sale. I am very happy with the assistance that Keith provided and, of course, my new Passat!
