I brought my car in for a simple oil change. My windshield wipers wee coming off and JE didn't NOTICE OR DIX THE PROBLEM. They blamed the lack of communication on a computer glitch. My husband was very frustrated when I brought my car home. He called and left a message with the service Manager and never received a call back. Worst service ever. 2009 Eos. Horrible service. Staff not helpful.
