Unfortunately, it was a bit of a long wait this time. I would not have waited at the dealership had I known from the beginning the wait would have been so long. That being said, Scott Croston kept me informed on what was happening and was extremely apologetic about the wait. His professionalism and caring manner during the unexpected long wait made me feel better about the wait. I must say that Scott turned an unfortunate situation into a mildly pleasant experience, just by his attention to me with regular updates and overall excellent customer service. good team, good service, nice accommodations for wait customer like myself. I know you have to pay the bills, but still have a problem with hourly rates. Any thing at all is minimum of $90. Overall i like the team.
