The service on my 2014 Passat was great. My only complaint is that there was a spot on my seat that wasn't there before I brought the car in. Other than that the service professionals were very courteous and made me feel important.

There was some info about a bent "post" that couldn't be repaired on the Front PS wheel area. But I have no idea what that is or what the options are for repairing/replacing it. Or if it's something to even be concerned about.
