Rose was pleasant, efficient, and I appreciate she explained the bill at checkout. And that she explained the charges before I agreed to have work done, over the phone, and answered my questions. Note for improvement: at checkout she spoke to the bill, but I couldn't look at it while she did this. I later had a question about something she didn't mention in her explanation. Put the bill down so I can see it while you talk. It was $800. I wasn't buying milk.

I have a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta SEL that was due for scheduled maintenance. Being extremely disappointed with the level of customer service that I had received at another Volkswagen dealership in the area, I decided to take my car to Jim Ellis Volkswagen for routine maintenance work. My 1st trip to Jim Ellis Volkswagen was a great experience. Rosana (Rose) in the service department was fantastic! I liked the fact that she was friendly and knowledgeable and explained the work that was going to be performed to my car in detail. Rose answered all of my questions, provided an estimated time for the work to be completed. I waited onsite in the lounge area. Rose checked on me periodically providing details as to which steps had been completed and what was still left to do. I had a question about a part that I needed and Rose took the time to go over to the parts department and obtain all of the needed information for me. I really appreciate the level of service that Rose provided and even though this dealership is somewhat out of the way based on my home location, I am willing to make the drive into Jim Ellis Volkswagen in Chamblee for great customer service! Thanks Rose & Thanks Jim Ellis Volkswagen for making my 1st experience a good one!
