Day 1 was a great experience! Sales rep and F&I manager offered prompt, efficient and effective service. However once I signed the dotted line the service level quickly went down hill. I understand my immediate sales rep, Brian Bolton had a death in the family but the communication of when my car was going to be serviced and ready should of been handled by someone in his absence. I had a very hard time reaching someone who actually knew the status of my car. Less than 1 month in, I'm having alternator problems with my supposed "pre certified" vehicle. My sales rep has yet to follow up with me to see how the car has been since pick up. If Jim Ellis is looking for repeat customers, the sales process should be a bit more thorough
