2010 VW CC - Took car for tire rotation. Scott K. was courteous & helpful. After tires were rotated, I noticed the car no longer had a smooth ride like before. Actually, it was a rough ride with more tire noise, even with all windows closed. I called Scott K. & informed him. He said that is a very common problem with the CC. He gave me 2 options: Leave rotation as is and just tolerate the rough ride Or Undo the tire rotation as it was originally. I didnt agree with it, but did not want to tolerate the rough ride and noise, so I told him to undo tire rotation. I was not satisfied because I felt that I was trying to stay ahead of car maintenance by getting tires rotated. And yet, I did not accomplish that.

I always have a positive experience at this dealership. Joshua always remembers me and makes sure that everything is taken care of. I drive a Passat 2016.

Your service staff is so very helpful. Scott got me on and out in no time. Got me a ride to and from home so I could get my car, since I had left my vehicle to be worked on. Nicest staff I have ever worked with. That is why I continue to come back to your dealership.

Very competent and efficient, as usual. The service advisor was very helpful and to the point. Furthermore, this time, in addition to the usual outside car wash, the interior was also cleaned, a pleasant surprise.

The service center was, as always, incredibly polite and personable. From the runners, to the desk attendants...everyone in service was great. While waiting, I went to sales to see about trading in my current VW on a new one...that didn't go quite as well. The sales attendant was...polite enough, but when it came down to it, neither she nor the MOD seemed to be that interested in getting me into the new vehicle. Oh well...thankfully they didn't, as I found a wonderful, comparable vehicle down the street that I am thrilled with.
