Everyone was helpful as I purchased a CPO VW. I appreciated the service and support. My only key feedback was that this process takes entirely too long. I know its complicated, but I came in knowing exactly what I wanted to buy, pre-approved, and it still took over 4 hours after I said yes. I want to be in and out as much as possible. I also, for the second time (not with this dealership, but VW dealerships in general) had trouble getting the proper floor mats for the car. Super frustrating.
