Honored price that was quoted without extra fees and add-ons. Never having a good experience with car dealerships I was skeptical, but was pleasantly surprised; shocked actually. I live in Tennessee and decided the potential savings was worth the risk. Again, they kept their word and I recommend them to anyone who asks where I bought my new car. Only reason I didn't give them a 10 was because it took almost a week to get a formal written offer and I had to deal with at least five people. I was hoping to deal with just one single point of contact; but it all worked out.
