Although the service technician was nice and apologetic, an hour and a half is too long to receive express services(replace bulb for headlight).

Everything was fine except when I first entered the service department. Many of the advisers made eye contact or glanced to me but didn't even greet me that I heard. Rose did and was a peach to deal with. I appreciate her listening and explaining a few things to me.

Everything is fixed on the car now and service light was reset.. waiting for the 2014 Passat diesel now to be bought back on Jan 24. I am happy with the service from Jim Ellis but not happy with VW on the buyback process.

I was a little disappointed that I was not kept up-to-date on the time needed to complete my service. The original time estimate was 1.5 hours, but it was closer to 3. 2014 Passat
