Brought in my 2016 GTI for the suction pump recall. Service was beyond great. My service advisor went above and beyond and took care of my car by conducting an inspection, providing a car wash, and replacing my key battery.

I was very pleased with my overall service but no one ever addressed my check engine light. Advanced Auto says it due to an O2 sensor.I have spent over $1100 within last than 3 months and I feel that it should have been addressed by your service people. As always, I felt very comfortable waiting for my repairs.

Super easy experience. Pulled my car in, and someone was there to open my car door and show me into the office area. The office employees were friendly and efficient. I got a call shortly after to let me know my car was ready and it was no problem waiting to pick the car up hours later when it was more convenient for me.
