Scott Croston is THE BEST SERVICE AGENT I HAVE EVER HAD! He's the only reason I am considering getting another VW after I sell back my TDI and that's saying a lot since I have not owned anything but VWs my whole life. I would jump ship in a heart beat without him. I hope you are showing as much "goodwill" towards your TDI service specialist as you are your angry customers. Without a court order forcing you to do so, however, I suspect those poor men and women on the front lines are on their own.
