Although it took longer than I expected due to the part not been in stock and considering it was the Thanksgiving Holiday week, I was put into a loaner car. This helped alleviate the stress. Thank you to Josh, the service advisor for making this possible and been considerate.

I had a 3:00 appointment for a passenger's side headlight and a driver's side taillight bulb replacement. I waited quite awhile, then was told there were several bulbs that needed replacement. At that time, I told the service manager, Scott K, that there was a recurring problem with the driver's side taillight. It apparently loosens in the socket, and would come back on when I pecked the light cover. I have been told this is a recurrent issue with VW's. I am not comfortable with a light that I have to peck every time it goes out. If it's a manufacturing defect with these lights, they should be FIXED, not pecked by the owner of the car. (before or after someone gets a traffic violation over it) It was right at 5pm before my car was finished, and I paid $170 which is an INSANE amount of money. I wonder if I was charged for 2 hours of labor when the delay was the dealership's delay and not the actual time it took to replace some bulbs. The next day (13 hours after the bulbs were supposedly fixed) the "light out" icon came on, once again. I was/am infuriated that after all that time, and such a huge sum of money, was spent on a problem that apparently was not resolved. To add insult to injury, I had asked Scott K if he would please convey to the tech to put some windshield washer fluid in my car. He assured me that they go down a checklist and check/refill etc. all of these things, and it would be done. As I attempted to clean my windshield, no fluid had been added at all. The end result? I am more than furious with this visit, and at this point, I don't trust their mechanics to do ANYTHING correct, or check it AT ALL, for that matter. This car has been a complete pain in the neck with these light bulbs. It is HIGHLY unlikely I'll ever buy another VW because of it. It may not seem like a big deal to you guys, but every time I come in for a replacement, it's a major hassle, and I have to take time from work, etc. In other words, "little things mean a lot," and VW has lost my business from this point on.

Excellent customer service. Only that should consider that when the customer have lease with VW, the car should be covered with guarantee or the better quality batteries etc.

Brought my GTI for an oil change and to check my Traction Control system. Great experience! Great customer service! Problem was resolved. Service could have afforded to be faster but other than that, no complaints. Scott spent a lot of time with me just to ensure that I was fully satisfied. Everything was great!
