Brian was personable, and not pushy. He explained why he thought buying a used car from Jim Ellis was better than off a used lot, but he wasn't overbearing with his explanation. Having dealt with Jim Ellis Volvo, before, Brian's explanation matched my previous experiences.

From pulling into the service Lane and departing on to the street, I was completely cared for in an excellent and professional way. I spent the most time with Scott and Lance, respectively. Scott, checked me in and was "excellent" confirming my pickup time. Lance, who sold to me an extended warranty plan, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Both Brian and Carl were friendly, helpful and did not apply high pressure sales techniques although they worked efficiently with me to move through the process smoothly and quickly. I had a wonderful experience and I was very pleased as purchasing a new vehicle and be such an intimidating process.
