No one else I know has a Volkswagen, but yes I had a good experience

When service is taking longer than expected, it would be a nice gesture to let the customer know and maybe check in periodically to give updates. My appt was at 930am, I arrived there at 905, and didn't leave until 1215, I was there for an oil change.

Everything was good.

Work started on time, ended early. Everyone was helpful and professional. I test drove a Golf while my TDI Jetta was in the shop.

Because this was a break-down of my vehicle and my best friend was out of town on business, I had no transportation to the dealership to pick my car up after the repairs. Jim Ellis Volkswagon was kind enough to let me leave my car there for a week until I was able to obtain a ride to the dealership to pick it up this past Saturday. The staff was very, very nice about it. The staff is always very polite and helpful at this dealership and that's why I have all my service done there and will probably be back when it's time to purchase another vehicle.

The repairs seems at this point OK. The labor price very expensive. The team tried to be helpful. However, one thing that makes my experience shift to the negative side is that they do not offer you a car to replace your car needs during the repairs. They did offer me to use a VW special rate car rental with a car rental company, who did not apply the rate. As of today I am in dispute. The order time for the part and the repair took a full week. I had to come up with another rental bill that was very expensive. The malfunction was a VW building failure not a usage failure. They said it was a bad luck!
