My experience at Jim Ellis was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I purchased my first Volkswagen (a 2017 Jetta SE) and I absolutely love my new car. Sterian (salesman at Jim Ellis) was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, and courteous. He and his coworkers treated my mother and I with the utmost respect. They fully explained everything that was happening and kept us informed at all times. I have made sure to mention what a great experience it was to those I work with and my family. When it is time to purchase a new vehicle I wouldn't dream of going anywhere other than Jim Ellis. Phenomenal dealership and I could not be any more pleased with the entire experience.

We bought a Passat on Sat night. On Wed night the da before Thanksgiving it broke down on the side of the road. We have been very disappointed by the dealership's response to it. We felt more support from VW USA than from Jim Ellis. When the car was towed in on Friday morning, we had to keep calling for service updates and to secure a loaner - Jim Ellis service dept nor Keith our salesperson was proactive or reached out to us in the whole process. I saw Keith when I picked up the repaired car on Wed (a week after the car broke down in the first place!) and I felt no sympathy or concern from him on what we had gone thought - he just quickly dropped me off at the Service area. I had a friend with me who was interested in a GTI but based on the attitude of my salesperson who sold us a car that broke down, will not be looking into the GTI at Jim Ellis.. The service staff just delivered the car but in no way eased our concerns on that it may happen again. Overall, our feeling is that for the Jim Ellis staff the fact that our brand new Passat broke down and had to be towed on the 4th day we had it was no big deal at all. We expected a call from a Service/sales Mgr at some point in the process to check in on us and that never happened. We do NOT feel like valued customers at all and would not buy another VW from Jim Ellis based on this experience.

I did not have a service appointment as my car's issue was random and sudden. Even on a walk-in, the service consultant (Josh) was completely helpful and my car was ready sooner than promised.

I enjoyed most of my visit from start to finish. They had tasty snack options along with a big t.v. to catch up with local events. It was a little chilly in the waiting area, but the hot tea helped out. All staff was very helpful and professional!
