Everything was great. Joshua provide me with great service and even provide shuttle service for me although it was a Saturday. It was greatly appreciated!

I've always had a great experience at Jim Ellis VW. I trust the information I receive there about my beetle, which was purchased there, and I don't feel I'm being ripped off. The workmanship on my car is excellent, and they stand by that workmanship, as they should. The staff members seem to be well- informed and helpful.

I paid $900 for my cAr to be fixed, then waited 50 minutes for someone to pull it around so I could leave. The key was lost and then once found, the car was lost. Then after waiting 40 minutes one of the other providers called my service provider and she told him my car was damaged. she said they fixed it but when I got home it wasn't working.
