I purchased a 2008 Nisan Sentra. The salesman was Mark Cohen. He seemed very unsure of what he was doing, but he did say he was new to the dealership. I have three issues with the overall experience. First, you tried to add a dealer fee to the price, when your advertising clearly states that all dealer fees are included. I should not have had to point hat out. Second, after we decided to buy the car, it was an hour and 32 minutes before we went back to do the paperwork. REALLY?? Finally, the interior of the car was not cleaned prior to delivery. Little things like that make me not want to come back to your dealership.
