The overall service was good. Scott Croston is great to deal with and I'm pleased with his customer care and will continue that relationship. My only issue is that when they rotated my tires, they left hairline scratches on my new rims. The service techs need to be more careful in the future completing this task on my car as well all cars. Vehicle: 2016 Passat SEL Premium V6

I just came in for a basic yearly service for an oil change. Suggestions for additional repairs were given to me. I refused the additional repairs. The staff was courteous and did not pressure me to spend more money. Thanks
