Very Professional, but pricey! Paid $99 for an oil change.

I was having issues with the navigation system. I brought the car in to have a diagnostic test ran, the issue has not been resolved. I am still having the same issue with the navigation system. This vehicle has become a nuisance and I am questioning the quality of Volkswagen.

the coupons you are sending me on various specials are very misleading. Im referring to the 69.95 oil change synthetic oil and filter. The jetta one of the most popular vw on the road, holds more than 4 qts, thus, the price jumps to 99.00. Thats bait and switch to me. Put the requirements on the front of the coupon where your customers can see. I bought my jetta from jim ellis.

Scott was extremely responsive from the moment I walked through the door, then when my father and I called to check on the car with some other concerns we had other than the oil change, even up to when I picked up my car (White VW Tiguan). Everything was done in record time, and on top of all of that, he was friendly, engaging and his customer service skills is unlike anything I've seen in the auto industry.
