Your dealership was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was in for a recall issue and the information package was misleading. It stated that service will be completed in an hour. When I got to the dealer and I informed them I was going to wait for the service to be performed, I was told it was going to take 2 to 2.5 hours. I could not wait that long because of some job related constraints and I was rescheduled to the following morning as soon as the door opened. Very nice people and great attention to details.

Scott was SUPER . This is what I sent to VW Customer Service. Aletta, I truly appreciate your assistance in my situation and picking up the cost of my car's repair, and I want to recapitulate my concerns, here, which you might send along to suborn your intake, this morning. As I shared, my wife and I opted for the VW for the following reasion: We grew up knowing that that the VW brand was one of unparalleled reliability, plus We LOVE the VW CC and had a strategy to lease/purchase the Jetta and trade up to the Passat or CC, plus We had no idea that a NEW (one-year-old) VW would experience product integrity failure. That said, at this very moment, we are no sure that we will stay with VW, starting with holding onto the Jetta. We have LOVED this car, but our trust has been shaken, if not obliterated. For just now much longer, before another part fail and cost us what should not be our burden? If VW's initial Bumper-to-Bumper warranty is only 30K miles, that, to us, signals that Brand VW lacks ANY trust in its own product integrity. It claims to be in-line with the warranties of other manufactures. Well, THAT certainly is not what we want to hear. What about competitive advantage? Shouldn't brand VW wish to be a leader and offer something BETTER than OTHER MANUFACTURERS? Or, is VW saying to me that I may as well stay with VW, since everyone else is just as bad? But why should we have to carry insurance against VW's dubious product integrity with a failure horizon shorter than 150K miles or 10 years? Talk about designed and built-in obsolescence!!!! Thirty-thousand miles is hardly out the door, before TCO begins to rise. Not a customer-centric proposition. What saddens us, most, is that we must give up on the aspiration of owning and driving the VW CC. You guys need to get your act together and get back in the game. When you do, come see me. We purchased a 2015 Kia forte from the used car department. Leroi and the entire team at the used car department was awesome! This was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. We will definitely recommend this dealership to all of our friends and family.

I'll give Rose all 10's, but I find myself recommending friends and family to other dealerships, primarily Jim Ellis Kennesaw, as they offer much more affordable service.

Overall, very positive. I would have preferred to receive an update on my vehicle's diagnosis a bit earlier (dropped vehicle off at 7:30am, did not receive an update until 3:00pm that day), but otherwise my experience was great.

I came into the dealership knowing I would most likely purchase that day. The entire staff was extremely helpful. Nofel greeted me upon arrival while I was looking at cars. Once I decided on two vehicles to test drive, Aundra took over and sold me on the Passat R-Line. His commitment to ensuring that i'd walk out with a car was spectacular. He paid attention to details and that is what I thoroughly appreciate. The hospitality I received while waiting on everything to be finalized was awesome. Before leaving the dealership, I sat with Mike to go over a few things concerning financing my car. During my visit I learned more about finances and financing a car than I ever learned in school. I am grateful for the excellent staff, customer service, and education I received. I didn't expect to receive this type of service when buying my car, but it made the experience worth while.
