The staff is customer service focused.

The service was done properly and the associate Rose was very helpful. Although she didn't know that I was entitled for a detailing, she asked me to see the person inside the office. After a little confusion and discussion, all was sorted or. My detailing was rescheduled for the next day. It took them 2 days but it was worth it because the odor of milk that spilled in my car was completely removed.
