Car: 2013 Passat Problem: car key went through the washer, and could not be repaired. Solution: new key had to be ordered and appointment scheduled to have programs. Outcome: excellent, a bit costly but the results perfect. Scott Croston always makes sure we get the very best care.

I book my appointments online. When I receive my e-mail confirmation, it never says who I will be meeting. It is a bit confusing when you walk in to the service department and you don't know who you are supposed to be seeing. I met with Rose who was very polite and helpful.
