Everyone was nice. I saw the quite room as I was leaving. Going forward that is where I will camp out when I have service scheduled.

It was a good overall experience. The 80K service is lengthy, plus there was a rattling noise that the technician was not able to pinpoint initially. When I went to leave, I heard the noise again and asked them to take the vehicle back in, and upon further investigation, the technician found the source of the rattling and clearly explained and showed it to me. I was satisfied with his explanation and thanked him for his hard work.
