Everything ran on time, and I liked the comfort of taking the car to people who know these cars best. In addition, everyone who worked there was friendly, courteous, and professional to myself, my husband, and our little daughter.

Called on Saturday, spoke to Rose, got to the dealership Rose took the car to service 2 1/2 hrs later car was done! Kind of pricey however good job!

Leo the service person was phenomenal- courteous, accommodating, kept me up to date and knowledgeable. However, the VW was with y'all for 9 days and 5 minutes on the road the check engine light came back on and the car drove rough. On Saturday while out, the car wouldn't start. I am now on my way back to Jim Ellis. Not happy, This is the 4th time with the SAME issue in 10 months!

Service was done in short time. Rose was most helpful. Gasoline smell in car afterward. I wish when they wash the car after a service, they would also vacuum.
