In general, I think it's recognized that good independent garages offer equivalent but much less expensive service than dealerships, due to their much lower overhead, but as long as I can get free or discounted service on my Jettas I'll keep coming back to Jim Ellis. The service managers are very friendly and the work is done quickly and efficiently.

Needed a new battery and a possible oil change. I appreciated the speed in servicing my vehicle, and the honesty in letting me know that I didn't need an oil change at this time. My vehicle was returned to me with a couresty wash. Excellent customer srvice!

We were very pleased with how quickly the work was done. Rose was very helpful in getting us taken care of and home. We did not ask for help with the electrical systems which have not been properly repaired in spite of our repeated requests. It is a good car.
