Service was excellent, friendly, etc. Pretty expensive though. Would be 10 stars if price were 25% less.

Keith Perkins was the only vendor overall who understood my position (being a just arrived foreigner with low credit score) when trying to solve my problem getting a car. He showed options for my case and helped me choice an option that fits my needs

Extremely poor. I felt like someone was trying to take advantage of me as a woman and a new resident. I haven't decided yet if I am going to continue to go to Jim Ellis it will depend when I get my car back, at this point it is taking a long time for my vehicle to be fixed.

Josh was great at pickup - had the tail light bulb that the shop missed replaced in 5 min while I waited. Much appreciated the honesty that it was a miss on shop's part and taken care of without further inconvenience to me.
