Joshua and the service manager went to bat with VW corporate for us on our 2010 Jetta, which was out of warranty. We have had our significant enjoyment as well as trials and tribulations with this car, which was purchased from Jim Ellis and has 100% been serviced by Jim Ellis - anything needed has been done. When the transmission started going out, i was ready to divorce myself from all VW products (and i have 3). the Jim Ellis team did right by us and i will remain a loyal customer. scott perkins
