We feel great about the 2017 Passat we bought. We were very impressed by the professionalism of the staff at the dealer. Our salesperson, Bryan O'Connor, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. We will go to the service department for regular maintenance.

Used Car Sales was a great experience. The Service department is another story. I called the number listed for Jim Ellis VW, it took several minutes(3:24) before anyone answered, then it took another 8 minutes of waiting just to be hung up on. I called again, this time it took 3 minutes before I was hung up on. On the third try I finally got connected to the operator, another three before someone picked up. Now I'm waiting on a response since no one knows what's going on with the car we bought on Saturday, brought in for the promised repairs on Monday 09:15. Not happy with the follow up.

Service rep Rose MADE the my first experience with Jim Ellis VW. The actual service (front suspension rebuild) took a month to complete. Rose did everything from provide a loaner car to stay late to receive me because I was caught in traffic to giving me updates at every stage of the process. The Jim Ellis experience I enjoyed most was Rose's professional attitude and solutions and service focused orientation. Please confirm that her supervisor sees this.
