I purchased a 2017 CC on October 08, 2016. I am NOT pleased with the car overall. I have had issues with the navigation system since I purchased the vehicle. I had to come to the dealership to make an appointment with the service department, I made the appointment for Saturday October 29, 2016. The day of the appointment I called around 9:10 am to inform the service department I would be running late for my 10 am appointment, upon speaking with the young lady I was informed the service department doesn't complete the type of service on Saturdays I was needing. I was very displeased with the lack of care the staff showed me seeing I had to rearrange my schedule for this appointment. Furthermore I was harassed by Nissan corporation on a daily basis for a little over $100 because the payoff amount was not paid in full during the trade in. I had to contact Ms. South in order to resolve the issue. Lastly, I was promised I would receive tint but I have yet to hear anything back in reference to the service.

I had a wonderful experience. Josh Jamison met my highest of expectations. He was personable and efficient with a definite sense of urgency. He regularly communicated with me about what was going on in the process of my car repair, which I appreciated very much. He made me feel like I was his top priority. Purchased a 2016 Jetta Sport. Dealer had to find and transport the car from Florida. Closed the deal on a Thursday and we drove out of the dealer in a new car to my specification on Monday. Car was very heard to find and not made in the 2017 line-up. Thanks.
