I scheduled a service to include a variety of things. One was the disabling of my daytime running lights. I specifically mentioned that over the phone when I scheduled the service. However, I wasn't told until AFTER the service was performed that it couldn't legally be done. That upsets me because I could've taken my car to another mechanic and paid more than $100 to have the services you did perform done.

I made my appointment over the phone. The operator gave me a 7:20 a.m. appointment. I arrived promptly. I was asked who was helping me, I did not have that information. Someone looked it up and said it was Josh. When Josh came in the building, someone said I was waiting for him. He looked at me and said, "We don't open for 10 more minutes. I'll be with you in a minute." As the customer who was given a 7:20 appointment, that was a bit confusing. I have had a negative experience with Josh in the past and was thinking, oh no, here we go again. However, he called me over quickly and we proceeded. After the initial encounter, all went smoothly and positively.
