Have always had a pleasant experience there, but this time, having Rose Shuck as my advisor, I felt especially well cared for. She always called when she said she would, and made what could have been an even more frustrating experience replacing a car part better. Really appreciated this special attention.

Rose was awesome. I had to add an alignment to my service which pushed it over the scheduled time that conflicted with an appointment. Rose set up a loaner so I could meet my appointment & still complete the service in the same day.

The air bag replacement went well despite trials of pushing customers into paying money for other things which were not part of the visit. Based on a very negative previous experience, I would never recommend VW Jim Ellis to anyone. Your mechanics tampered with my car to make me pay for parts which were not needed. Luckily there are still good people out there who found out that it was a loose screw that your mechanics could not find!

I pulled my car out of the dealership lot only to have another warning "light" come on. So in the midst of rush hour, I had to turn around and bring the car back and wait for another inspection.
