Leo was very professional and helpful in the repair of the radio in my 2016 Golf. I was given a loaner car while mine was being repaired . This is the second Golf that I have leased from Jim Ellis. I would never go anywhere else.

Even after arriving late due to heavy traffic conditions, my service evaluation began promptly and recommendations presented soon after that. A check engine light code indicated I needed a repair that could have potentially left me stranded. I come in from Alpharetta, but I am devoted to having my car serviced only by Jim Ellis VW as long as I have that option. My 1999 Jetta still serves me well today because of the attention and care I have received at Jim Ellis VW. Thanks to Josh Jamison for taking care of my car and my time in a professional manner that proves Jim Ellis is the best.

While the service professional were all very friendly and they provided a rental while they worked on my car, ultimately they were unable to diagnose or fix the problem with my car.

The sales staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My sales person Brian Bolton and the sales manager Robby Boleman were great to work with. I highly recommend any one looking to purchase a car visit these guys.

Service was able to get me in early and I got a new set of tires put on my wife's 2013 Honda Accord. Not being a VW product, I was slightly apprehensive. They put the new tires on and returned the Accord to me freshly washed as well.
