Everything was great, except you don't answer the phone. I called four different numbers ten times between 6:00 and 7:00 on 10/19 just trying to find out whether my car was ready and no one picked up. I did reach a receptionist several times and she transferred me to a number no one answered. I would call back and say don't transfer me there no one answers so she send me somewhere else and non one would answer. Other than that, the whole experience was fine. Thanks.

I am a long time customer of Jim Ellis Volkswagen. I live closer to his other dealership, but the service center at this dealership is the best!! The team is always welcoming. "There is no stupid question" is how you feel when dealing with the service center. Since 2003, I've always been treated well. I am always happy with my car's service.

I had my first breakdown in my 2013 Volkswagen Golf. I still had the card of the Jim Ellis sales associate, Kenneth Cook, who sold me car, tucked into the manual. I called the number expecting to get a receptionist who could connect me with the Service Dept, but got Mr. Cook himself. He spoke with the Service Dept, gave me the name of the service associate, Scott Croston, to relay to the tow truck Driver. My anxiety level decreased immediately because I knew my car was expected by at least two people. I got my car back the next day with a new battery. Everyone was extremely helpful and prompt. Mr. Croston even checked to make sure that all of my one-touch features were back online before I drove off. (I'd give a 10 rating, but for the expense. Ouch.) Your people are wonderful and I feel lucky that I purchased my Golf -- which I absolutely LOVE -- at Jim Ellis Volkswagen.
