My experance was to the utmost the highest level of customer service at a VW dealership I've been to! Long story short my car battery dead and the waiting time for a new battery installation was going to take 1 hour which I didn't have. Leo (Vw customer service rep) arrange for a driver to take me to work and if that's not great customer service I don't what is ,Thanks Leo! For now on Jim Ellis VW of Atlanta will earn my business for now on.
