Problems not fixed after 5 hour wait! Airbag recall repaired. Now I have a faulty car horn! Called 3 times. No return call yet. Usually good experience. This is not typical

I have visited this dealership on several occasions for my 1999 yellow beetle. Customer service is always excellent. Upon my last visit, I noticed my blinkers do not shut off after making turns. Prior to getting my car repaired, it worked properly. This was my only concern.
