My service appointment took over 3 hours and there was no actual work being performed on the vehicle, just diagnosis of work that may be needed. Then when I was told it was ready, someone had to go searching for it because it hadn't been parked in the driveway by the service entry where I was told it would be.

VW Touareg. love the car so far Dealer and staff was friendly and respectful. Shady price negotiation. Dealership basically admitted that they couldn't come down on the price as much because someone that works at the dealership wanted to buy it for their wife. Price negotiation was way too back and forth due to fees that should have been included in offers, as advertised on online price. Financing was even more shady. Attempted to take care of financing negotiations over phone, but agent was too busy. Come to find out. Rate is no where close to where he 'knew it would be once he looks it up" I would be happy to elaborate with more details if needed.

Josh was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue with our EOS. This was the third time we had someone take a look at it (2nd at this dealership). It required two days to fix the issue. Josh kept us up to date and was excellent about explaining what causing the issue.
