My battery died and we could not get the windows to go down on my 2014 Eos. This meant I could not close the doors to drive it. Your friendly, helpful, and sympathetic staff ( receptionist, sales, and service) tried to find a solution so I could get the car to the shop without towing. No one there (or online) had ever encountered this problem. We were not able to find out how to get the windows down, but I certainly felt like your staff cared. We finally just latched the doors on the first latch with the windows on the outside of the gasket. Once y'all changed the battery, all was well again. Thanks for taking the time to make me feel like you cared.

I was greeted promptly by Scott as I entered the service office. He explained all my options and took my order and showed me to the customer area. When the job was completed, he went over the service and very patiently answered all my questions. After a while, I returned with more questions for Scott. He answered all of them in a very helpful and knowledgeable way. I really appreciated his professional manner and interest in my VW.
