I was greeted warmly by the staff (specifically Leonel) and treated so nicely.

My car was returned in poor shape. Looks like muddy water on the roof surface. And I had the tires rotated , balanced and aligned. I drove off with a shimmy. When I called the technician said it will go away as the tires wear. This should have been said when I picked it up. One week later still unbalanced.
